Coached every step
Competition at SPG is optional — but if you want it, the pathway is there. A dedicated kids competition class runs every Thursday, adult competitors sharpen up in Friday sparring and circuits, and on comp day the coaches are in your corner.
Win or learn, every SPG competitor comes back to the mats Monday with the whole club behind them.
